Open Vendor Lesser Public License

The Open Vendor Lesser Public License is designed to allow vendors to protect the intellectual property they have created while allowing the open source community to use the software in open source projects. It is more flexible than the Open Vendor Public License, in that it additionally allows use as a library in conjunction with other open source software.
